Practice information

Consultation fees will remain at £40 for a first appointment, with follow-up appointments at £20 for up to 20 mins, £25 for 30mins and £35 for 45 mins.  Please also note that there is a £25 fee for cancellation of an appointment with less than 24hrs notice (unless the appointment is rebooked within 7 days).

Repeat Prescriptions:

I dispense repeat prescriptions on a Wednesday, so please do give plenty of notice so that I have a full list of repeats by Tuesday evenings at the latest, so that you don’t end up running out!  I can't guarantee that requests made on a Wednesday will be fulfilled. You will be able to pick up your prescription from Neal’s Yard from the following Thursday, or it will go in the post on the Weds or Thurs.  Arrangement can also be made to pick up your medicine from elsewhere if you’d prefer.  There will also be a small charge of £3.50 per repeat prescription (unless it follows a consultation).

Practice Location:

Just to confirm where I am and when, My Neal's Yard clinics are as follows:  Mondays 8.30-1, 2-6pm, alternate Tuesdays 8.30-1pm and 2-6pm, alternate Thursdays 9-12, and alternate Saturdays 10-3pm.  Home visits can also be arranged so do ask.  I can be found for a quick chat in the Neal’s Yard shop on Thursdays from 12pm-6pm (01392 438 127).  Please feel free to call/text on the mobile (0773 154 6609) any time Monday to Friday preferably between 8.30am-7pm, Saturdays 10-5pm or email ( and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I’d much rather you contacted me with concerns or queries than you waited and worried!

Other Treatments and Services:

As well as Herbal Medicine, I practise therapeutic and sports/remedial massage.  I also offer Holistic Facials at Neal's Yard Remedies.  I will be teaching a post-graduate course and series of CPD workshops in Remedial massage from January 2011, details of which are available from ENHC.  Gift vouchers are available for any of the treatments I offer, either directly from me, or from Neal's Yard Remedies in Exeter.

All the best, Isobel
